Paul Spence has been our salesperson for over ten years and has guided us through numerous projects. Recently we contacted him about an issue we were having with a door and he did not hesitate to guide us through the warranty process to get resolution. This is why we selected Pella in the first place when we decided to replace the windows in our house; quality, service and a good warranty. There are cheaper alternatives out there but you won't get the skill and knowledge of the pros at Pella. Paul has been with Pella for a long time and comes highly recommended by our family.
