Quick Remodels Bethesda

Quick Remodels renovated two outdated bathrooms in our home recently. Santiago and his team were so easy to work, from the very accurate proposal/bid, to helping us update the design and working with the vendors we used to make the whole process seamless. Communication was very easy and Santiago was great at overseeing the project with Carlos and his helper Joseph. Carlos, who did the work with Joseph, was so conscientious and meticulous with the tile work and the install of everything from new plumbing, electrical and fixtures. I cannot recommend them highly enough. They might be called Quick Remodels for the efficiency in their work, which was greatly appreciated, but the quality of their work should be emphasized!

Santiago, Daniel and the whole team were excellent, followed through, had good availability and were reasonably priced. The vendors he worked with were great. They worked on our basement renovation, adding a bar and wine storage room. The end result came out stunning as you can see in the pics. I wouldn't hesitate recommending Santiago and his team.

Santiago and team did an awesome job transforming under our basement stairs into a custom storage built-in! We had a poorly used closet under our stairs, and envisioned turning it into hallway accessible storage. It was a tricky project to find a contractor for, since it needed both custom cabinetry and construction work to safely open up the wall. After a lot of searching I found Santiago, and am so happy I did! The outcome was exactly what we had in mind, and the attention to detail was excellent. But the thing that stands out the most was just how great it was working with everyone at Quick Remodels. From the design phase, through to completion of the job - Layla, Santiago Sandy, Daniel, and the entire QuickRemodels crew did an excellent job and managed our expectations well throughout the process. They did a full kitchen, full master bath and a partial second bath renovation.
