We had a great experience working with the local Pella team to replace windows in our home. From sales to installation, everyone was communicative, friendly, and did great work. We are really pleased with the beautiful windows and sliders they replaced and our home already feels warmer and more up to date. The installation crew, Tom, Jon, and Jesus did what was projected to be a three day job in two days, because of anticipated weather. They were skilled and professional! There was one small issue with a latch that the project manager, Scott, was immediately on top of and had fixed the same day. Would definitely recommend working with them.
