Salesperson Chase Thomas had been recommended to us by neighbors after they had numerous windows replaced in their home by Pella. We first met Chase when he readily agreed to examine the windows in the home my wife and I considered purchasing. Chase, our real estate broker and I examined each and every window in the home since it was obvious that seals had broken in the majority of them, resulting in fogs of moisture that prevented clear visibility. As we reviewed window after window I quickly gained complete confidence that Chase was providing me an accurate and honest appraisal. Amazing professional job done by pella windows from start to finish. Chase Thomas who came out and designed our replacement door and window. He didn't try and oversell us on anything. Very honest. Even when I asked a question about a product that was more expensive he said he wouldn't recommend it and why. I appreciate that so much and essentially made the sale right then. They repaired the water damage on door expertly and made sure to put in the proper things to make sure it won't happen again. And Ashley was amazing with the follow through with the project and making sure everything went smoothly and answering any questions. Very professional and pleasant to talk to. Could not be happier with the product and experience.

Great experience with Kyle Butters and Pella. Kyle's presentation was thorough and well explained. He's very knowledgeable of the company and the window industry. Didn't act like he was in competition with other manufacturers, just stuck with his company and his product. The entire process was as painless as can be expected for a major renovation. Tina is the absolute best design consultant. Prior to meeting her, I had three separate estimates and they didn’t even come close to Tina’s thorough install consult. Her attention to detail was exceptional. I am so glad she took the time to explain every step of window and sliding glass door install and all the craftsmanship that goes into making them. I could tell Tina is definitely 100 percent Pella Proud rep!!! Pella will definitely increase the value of my condo and save $$$ electric bills. I simply cannot wait for my new windows and slider.
