Pella Windows and Doors Showroom of Normal, IL

Faulty install from 2020 and still waiting! I would NEVER use Pella again or recommend them to anyone else. We contracted for install of entire house and, to date, we have two arched windows with no trim. The original contracted installers quit before job was completed. We have never had contact from the area manager to express support or express apology or concern. We would absolutely never advise anyone to work with this company. The stain appears to have changed over this five years of time, and it no longer matches the rest of the entire house. If you or anyone you know is considering this company, I advise you to move on!

Ordered my new sliding glass door in early October, had it measured as well by the installers. Was told it was generally about a month or a bit longer to get everything in and they would be in contact with me. After not hearing anything by end of Nov I reached out and was told the door was scheduled to be in Dec 5th and the installers would contact me about when the install could happen. After hearing nothing from Pella again for over a month I contacted them today 12/28/2022 to find that they still don't have the door and have no idea what happened, why they don't have it or when they will be getting it. I was told they would call me back when they have answers. They've never followed through on contacting me before so I don't see why this time will be any different. I'll be request

Very bad experience. Ordered a front door with local Pella sales rep in June and told we would have door in no more than 10 - 12 weeks. In following up after 12 weeks passed, told again that we would have door within the next month. After 3 straight months of being told the same thing, Pella still could not get door delivered to us by December. After thorough disgust and lack of any type of effort or communication of local office to work with their Manufactuing plant to get resolved, I asked for my money back and cancelled order. Would not recommend to anyone that actually wants a new door delivered and installed in a required timeframe.

The best team of installers you could ask for: Gary, Mike and Cody just left after a week of working to install the Pella Architect Series in our whole house replacing our 47 year old windows with beautiful new Pella Windows. The installers arrived in time on the first. They installed 2 Windows before rain stopped. They arrived early the next day an installed the remaing 7 Windows by early afternoon. They left absolutely no mess. The pickcked up all remnants and hauled the old Windows. On window arrived broken. They temporarily installed the window. The new windosash arrived two days later. It took the installer less than five minutes to exchange the new sash. The four-man crew did a professional job from start to finish. The quality of the Windows are excellent. I would highly recommend Paella Windows. Other local window companies we compared estimated the cost anywher from $200.00 to $350 dollars more.
