Pella Windows and Doors Showroom of Orlando, FL

Pella locations are NOT the same. We had Pella install a sliding glass door several years ago in PA and all was perfect from start to finish. November 2025 we have the same door installed in FL and so far it has been a terrible experience. The screen door does not line up properly in the track so it’s not closing and latching. The installer told me that’s just how it is and blew it off. Never gave me the key to the door lock, which I’m now assuming 3 weeks later, we will never get. Had me sign the paper and off they went. Emails sent back and forth with the Orlando project coordinator and never addressed the missing key after several mentions over and over about it. They schedule the stucco repair, guy is super late, no communication, and shows up at 5:15 PM!! At 5:00 PM, I had to call and

Her communication throughout the project was terrific, and she did a great job proactively keeping things on schedule. 3/3/2026: This is an update to my review below...Today, Edgar Rodriquez, from E&A Renovations Group LLC, came back to install the remaining finished molding around our front door. He did a terrific job. The joints and seams are perfectly cut and tight. This review is about Logan's performance as a salesperon. He was very personable and nice. Knowledgable too. I haven't had my windows installed yet so that is why so far I am only reviewing Logan as a salesperson and not the whole company. I still need to update this review in the future when the installation process is done to review the window quality and installaion process.

Bill was amazing. One of my new Pella windows was cracked when it arrived. Bill came and determined exactly what was needed, ordered the replacement window and kept me informed continuously while waiting for it to arrive. He gave me an exact date and time for the appointment of when he would be back to install the new window. Everything went smoothly thanks to Bill’s professionalism. The replacement was installed today and it look great. I love my new Pella Defender windows and greatly appreciate Bill’s service.

Pella has an outstanding reputation so we called for a quote and we’re happy we did. Kelly Turner was amazing! She was very knowledgeable and was able to explain all of our options, pricing, warranties and products in an easy to understand manner without being too elementary. The pricing was significantly less than others we had received. Definitely recommend!
