AWFUL. $14,000 and months of waiting to be left with half-assed finish work and an unfinished project and no response from Pella. Use another company! Ordered the door late August 2024; paid half. Door half-installed (no screen doors put on) late November, but couldn’t lock it or use it until mid December. Paid all but $1000, which obviously wasn’t enough to withhold because they don’t seem very motivated to complete this project. 1/28/25 UPDATE: This door install is STILL NOT FINISHED. They came and painted where the *wrong size door* caused the trim to not go where it had been, and they surprised us by saying they were fixing the lock as well, however the lock mechanism they had ordered wasn’t correct AND they didn’t have all the parts for the screen door install. I purchased two thumb latches for my sliding door, and both broke within six months. When I contacted the company, they wanted to charge me $180 just to send someone out to inspect the slider. I also called to discuss the poor reviews of the thumb latch, but instead of addressing my concerns, a representative named Jennie began yelling at me. After this experience, I will never purchase from or do business with this company again.

I've used them several times over the years to order replacement window sashes. They're always helpful and professional.

I had the worst experience with Pella. If you are smart, don't order anything from Pella!
