We received excellent service from Peninsula Heating and Cooling. From the initial consultation, permitting, and installation, Ian, Renee, and Joe were professional. Joe’s installation was amazing. It was truly a minimal disruption. The installation areas were left clean. The electricians did a proper job in wiring the units. We are enjoying our new ductless systems.

I’m waking again to no heat!! I called 2 days ago in the morning to request a technician come replace a part that kept failing on our oil furnace. Although, on 2 prior visits, the technician was awesome! He fit us in at the end of his day…twice and was knowledgeable, but transparent. As we hit another frigid spell, we decided to take a chance on the part he recommended, but couldn’t guarantee. Upon calling, I got shuffled off to sales where Joshua wanted to come that very day and discuss options. I was clear a new system at the moment was not an option currently, but reluctantly agreed to allow Joshua to come on Monday when my husband would be present to present our options. Peninsula installed my heat pump! It was only a short wait (6 weeks vs 6 months from other companies) between making the purchase decision and the installation. Josh, the sales rep, gave me all the information I needed to get to "yes" promptly, and sized my system correctly - where other companies wanted to go "bigger", he only wanted to go "right". Stephen and Steve were my installers, and they were very professional, answering my many, many questions throughout their time here. They took out the old gas furnace, handled the old gas lines, and coordinated the electrical installation along the way. Would definitely recommend Peninsula to anyone interested in heat pumps.

Hi, I had a great experience with this company especially Josh. He was prompt and a straight shooter gave me a great bid and did exactly what i asked for. He got the job and then they were done in less than a week later I was shocked...also his electrician Kelly was awesome too thank you guys I highly recommend...also I asked for bids from 5 others either didn't get one or was way too high...if you want fair prompt service these are the guys ....

We had a mini split installed with 2 heads and our experience was wonderful from start to finish. From the estimator doing a walk through, and the bid, to the actual install, I'm thoroughly impressed by their level of communication, professionalism, and work ethic. They got the job done well, worked hard to get it done, and explained everything to me in a way that I understood. Complete newbie to this kind of heat system and I feel like it was a fantastic upgrade to our home's value. The Daikin system works very well for us, easy to use.
