Garage itself was terrible. Couldn't get out, the machine ate our ticket, payments werent processing (we tried 5 different cards). And the intercom system wouldn't work. The guy Thaile was super helpful though and helped us get out of the garage. He apologized profusely for our issues.
Thomas haile (area manager) is so helpful, professional, and understanding that he makes up for every other possibly annoying thing
The website lists closing at midnight, but apparently lock your car in at 8pm
Parking was available.
