Penn Quarter iParkit Garage

Beware of overstaying if you parked with a pre-purchased Parkit.com one time pass. I paid for a $12 one time pass and the fine print doesn’t state how much more you have to pay if you overstay the time. For an extra hour longer than the pre-purchased one time pass, we had to pay another $24 to exit. What a scam! Just to pay at the gate is $20 for the night. Plus on Sundays street parking is free in DC. I reported them to the DC Office of Consumer Protection.

DO NOT park here u less you have a compact car. This place is almost exclusively compact spots and a nightmare to maneuver. The turns can’t accommodate 2 cars so you spend a lot of time reversing like it’s a one lane road.

I had to share the professional, timely , and courteous experience I had picking up my car at the 616 E St NW DC AVIS location. Mr. Saunders got my reservation done proficiently, preventing me from being late for an extremely important appointment. The vehs are in excellent condition and staff courteous

I’ve been using this garage for years and absolutely love it. Yes, the first floor is mostly a car rental company, but there are so many more spots on the other levels. Plus, if you download the app you can get discounts. Plus, the workers in the garage are so friendly! And it’s close to great food and Capital One Arena. 100% would recommend.

Parking garage was secure and easy to get in and out of. Parked while attending a concert at Capital One arena, was a quick walk up and back. Garage has 24 hour access with QR code
