Penn Square Garage - Duke Street Entrance

Ample parking, but was disappointed on the first day of Historicon because the parking management decided to close the garage when there were over fifty parking spaces still left on the roof. I had to drive two blocks to find another parking space in order to attend the convention. Convention personnel do not manage the parking as to what I have found out. That is handled by a separate corporate entity. Be aware that if you get to the convention, you should probably get here very early in the morning to prevent this from occurring.

It seems like every year they change the checkout system. Very expensive parking.

Place stinks to depart from the night of an event at the convention center.... Took over an hour to exit.....very poor design and planning
