Worse costumer service ever. Stay AWAY from them. Very expensive and never deliver on time. Called them on a Thursday to get 50 gallons propane tank. Wasn’t there till Monday. Called them on Monday and was promised to have it by the end of the week. It is Monday again and still have no propane tank. Called the company to find out what is going on. But was yelled at from the owner and he hunted up the phone on me. Guys save the headache and don’t deal with them.

I have found People's oil to be very reliable. Their experienced techs are very knowledgeable and helpful. One of the older, now retired ones, Chuck, had a part for my ancient furnace built at a local machine shop, in under 90 minutes, and it saved me from a very costly repair...the part only cost me like $25. Robert is also very talented, and there's a third guy that comes all the time who is also very good... I feel terrible I cant remember his name....I had some home improvement disaster going on once while he was here and he lent me some of his screw extractors and it got me out of a jam. Some of the younger ones that dont stay with the company weren't as good, but they get washed out eventually...A couple of times over the years I had to have a second tech come out because a new guy

Very friendly and prompt service always a pleasure to do business with. Was using them for years when I had oil heat and definitely recommend them.
