Peppers Heating & Air

This is a review of Peppers Heating & Air after their recent installation of new equipment in attic space of residential home. Peppers Heating & Air was one of 9 AC vendors I contacted and reviewed prior to deciding the company I would contract with on replacing my 45-year old furnace and AC system in my attic. The salesman from Peppers, Alex, provided me necessary options to pick from after assessing my cooling and heating requirements for only my upstairs bedrooms and bathrooms. Out of the 9 vendors who came out to give a free assessment and proposals, 3 different AC vendors did not follow-through with their proposals-not sure why. They just dropped the ball. Alex from Peppers was always there on the phone after his visit when I had several questions. He was able to provide actual mode

Both technicians showed up first thing in the morning and went straight to work. They were both very professional, productive and helpful. They were able to answer all my questions and gave me an effective tutorial at the end of the installation.

Great job all around. Aaron came first to assess what I needed and was very thorough explaining my options. The install was scheduled and had to be rescheduled due to weather. The communication was excellent from the office staff to accommodate my schedule. The installers were also excellent, I believe it was Joey and Amar. On time, professional, friendly, and got it done. Cleaned up everything . Also a big help was Kayla in the office for helping at the end with the payment. Overall I was very satisfied.

Not only does Peppers heating do excellent work, they have immediate response. I called cause furnace died, they had a tech here the next day. He was here for hours and determined why. My furnace was 50 years old and replacement parts are no longer available. He called several suppliers. With no luck. He said I would be much better to replace furnace than to repair a 50 yr old unit. They sent a tech to help me find the best options for my needs and budget. They helped me with finance and three days later we have a new unit. Installers were professional and walked me through every step of operation. They cleaned up when finished. He gave me personal phone number and said to call if I have any problems. FIVE STAR ALL THE WAY.

I had them come out to replace thermostat & condenser. First guy said the thermostat I had bought from GA power was crap, so I let him put the other one he had in. My daughter was furious he did that as she worked for HVAC companies & knows mine was good one. That night, we heard a pop under the house. I had to crawl under the house & found water everywhere in my PJ’s! Next day, they came out & put my thermostat in & fixed under the house & reimbursed me! Very great company! Was very surprised how they handled my situation! Would highly recommend them!
