They did a great job installing the heat pump so now I have central AC in the summer as well. They explained how the system works, how to set up optimal temperatures and schedules on the thermostat (although, they did that for me as well so I didn't have to worry about it) and how to maintain everything. A year later, the owner randomly contacted and reminded me to change the filter. Excellent customer service! This is another 6/5 star business, but Google doesn't allow this so I'll keep it at 5/5.
