The guy driving this van almost caused a 3 car accident on the 405 S fwy, 2/17/2026 @ 3:23pm. He almost missed his exit, so he slammed on his brakes hard stopping in the middle of the lane. Me and the car that was right behind him had to swerve onto the off ramp to avoid crashing. When I past him up getting off the exit, he was looking down at his phone. Very unsafe driver, coming from a California Driving Instructor.

Whoever is driving your company van… you know 44756Y2 that one. Please let him know he needs his license revoked. Do better.

Our property management company has used Performance Building Services at different buildings in Orange County, CA for many years.
