I am writing to provide important guidance regarding our upcoming contract renewals with Perillo. Based on my recent experience, I want to ensure customer are protected from unfavorable terms and auto-renewal penalties. Please carefully review both the service contract and the pricing contract to ensure they have the same expiration date. It is critical that these are aligned; if the expiry dates differ, it becomes nearly impossible to terminate the agreement for unsatisfactory performance without incurring significant penalties. I don't know where the low ratings are coming from; Never have a problem with them. In fact, this past weekends' 12" of snow in January, they were able to come the friday before and filled my tank even though I had it half full. They could have said "Yeah, you'll be fine, don't worry about it" but they were able to come. If anything maybe they could lower their price per gallon, haha, but you could say the same thing about any oil company, am I right?

Never EVER use this company!!! We were told in August that our oil tank is leaking and we need a new tank. We told them, we’d rather patch it up because we couldn’t afford a new tank right now. They said, “It’s free because you have tank insurance.” So we went ahead and let Milro (a company to install the tank) do the installation in August 2025. Come November 2025, they’re demanding we pay 4,700 for the new tank! We told them, you said that we had tank insurance and that it was free. They never went over any fees or payments with us prior to the tank installation because it was supposed to be free. Now they are suing us for the $4,700 for the new tank. They are money hungry and do not do right by their customers. Stay far, far away!

Had Perillo install a new oil burner. Couldn’t be happier did a top notch job. Technicians were neat as a pin. System running great and I’m saving on fuel a shoot out to my friend Steve over there made sure his team hooked me up.
