Joe was great from the beginning: he spoke at length about our pest issues, potential solutions, and even said he was happy to chat in the future even if we went with someone else! When he came by our home, he was quick and efficient. He didn't push any upsells and gave us documentation on his work. We'll be working with Pestology 101 in the future!

We noticed if yellow jackets getting into the soffit on a Saturday morning.We called Joe at Pestology-101 and he was at our house within a couple hours. He walked us through what the procedure was and got to it. Hopefully this initial dusting works and takes care of the hive but if not Joe said he'd be back and we could tackle it from the inside.
