Worst experience in my home remodeling project! DEFINITELY STAY AWAY from this company. I was (and still am) so frustrated with this whole experience and I hope that nobody will go through what I went through with them. My contractor used them as a sub to do the floors in my remodeling project. And my new floors are buckling now because they were installed improperly at the first place due to the moisture content issue. My original floors, which are 100 years old, show no sign of buckling and they are in perfect condition. All the new flooring installed by this company is buckling and the nails are popping (coming out) at random locations. When we built our home in Pacifica, CA we decided to use Peter Inness and contracted him to put down hardwood floors throughout the home. We picked traditional red oak flooring, and he did a superb job, on time and on budget. He did a beautiful job on inlaid sections of the floor as well. Would give him my highest level of recommendation for any similar job.
