Donny and Mary were wonderful in helping me make the right decision on my flooring. They were very professional and pointed me in the right direction that would work the best. I called this morning to inquire about new floor coverings for my home. Mary answered and was so busy talking over the top of me I could barely get a word in. I did manage to make an appointment at her convenience because she was having her hair done nearby on a certain day at a certain time. Meantime I did some research and gave more thought to what I wanted and called her back to let her know and again I could barely speak because she again talked over the top of me, too busy telling me why I didn't want or she probably couldn't provide what I wanted. I called back a third time asking for the owner and she called back and told me she was the owner.
