W. W. Fairbairn & Sons Plumbing, Heating, and Cooling

Charged over 1600 for a new furnace panel with very expensive labor and still could not fix my heat, be careful… not sure if their troubleshooting skills are poor or if something else is going on.

I can't say enough positive things about Fairbairn Plumbing, Heating, and Cooling. They work with us (Holiday Vacation Rentals/Birchwood Property Management) almost on a daily basis and always find a way to go above and beyond for us and our clients. Thank you for your hard work! I felt so cared for and relief with Fairbairns prompt response and attention following my call and email to the service department about our furnace not working. Joe came and provided the service needed, including explaining the problem clearly, traveling to get the part needed to fix it and installing the new part. This was all done efficiently and in a timely manner so that we had heat by noon. From initial contact and scheduling through out the service and completion, I am grateful.

We had a plumbing backup and it could’ve been disastrous. I contacted Fairbairn in a panic and they had a service person at our property within 30 minutes.!!!! I highly recommend this business. A few years back, they installed an entire heating and cooling system in our place and did an awesome job. Very competent professionals.

I tried about 4 times for Jessica to return my call about a service appointment and never received calls back. I know Northern Michigan is crazy busy but at least call your potential clients back and attempt good customer service. We went with another local and smaller company, which was a win/win for both, I guess.
