I recieved an extremely timely call back and I was very fortunate to have Brian at my door with an 1 1/2 hrs. He checked my washer and took the time to explain why and what he was doing. I expected that i would have had an appointment maybe next week to check my machine out and then order parts and wait. My part is ordered and i will be fixed within a week or less... TriLakes Appliance provided excellent service on my Bosch dishwasher. Brian Maghakian was professional, thorough, and very knowledgeable. He diagnosed a drainage problem that a previous repair company missed, explained everything clearly, and only charged for part of his time since he was essentially the second repair visit on this issue. The repair was precise and effective — I feel confident my dishwasher is fixed. Highly recommend for honest, reliable appliance repair!

I bought a new ge washer 4 months ago and needed help as it stopped working. Brian from Tri-Lakes Appliance Repair came to look at it. I was very grateful for his knowledge, his reassurance that this is not common for the brand, and the ease at which it was to talk to him. He has great customer service skills as well.

Tri-Lakes Appliances are great people. They are professional, honest and give you a fair analysis for cost saving. I've had them come before for a stove top and now a microwave. Appliances get alit of wear and tear over a few years. We're fortunate to have this company in our area.
