I hired Petrie to finish building my deck. John insisted that I pick up the lumber that he ordered from the 84 Lumber in Fallston. After hauling it home to Churchville John found this lumber was thicker because it was for below grade, so I hauled most of it back, all but the few pieces he cut before finding out that it was the wrong lumber. Then he agreed I should pick it up from my local 84 Lumber where all the other lumber came from. I guess his salesman lost that commission. He arrived Saturday September 14 and started cutting and nailing the deck. After about an hour he stood up, took several measurements, seemed frustrated and said that he didn't want his name on this job and left me with all this pressure treated lumber hanging out of my truck.
