HOMEOWNER BEWARE! My mother has a service contract with them which has 24/7 emergency repair. We are experiencing the coldest days here and she has been 2 days without heat. They make you deal with an automated phone system and when she finally got someone, it turned out no one was coming. We are going to search for other options and make sure to advise as many people as we can to AVOID THIS COMPANY.

Been a Petro customer for almost 14 years. Ralph Archer provided excellent customer service today, when there was an attempt made for oil delivery and it was unsuccessful. He instructed us on what to do, to clear the snow, and once this was done he dispatched a tech and a "helper" to come to the house and continue to shovel the snow and find the hole where the oil would be refilled. Thank you Ralph and Petro, the Reznik-Milholland really appreciates it, and now we will be warm for the six more weeks of winter we expect. Thanks again A++++++

I had an absolutely dreadful experience with Petro Services. I don’t have heat in first and second floors of my house. I called first time on Wednesday after I realized that there is a problem. I was scheduled the same day from 8-11. I called around 10 to find out the status of my service and was told that they are not going to be there until 2am. I work so I asked to re-schedule it for Friday from 3-5. On Friday (today) I got a call at 11:45 that the technician is ai the house. I explained that I am at work and is scheduled from 3-5. Nobody showed up. I call again at 5 and apparently was told that they are not technician has been there. After I explained the situation I was put on hole for approximately half an hour after which I was told that they are not best they can do is is to send s

Petro came to my house recently for my free annual tune up. Sean was knowledgeable, friendly and knew exactly what he was doing. He explained what he was doing and cleaned up after he was finished. The days of technicians being gruff, unfriendly and messy have passed. Sean is clearly a new generation of techs and a huge upgrade. Congratulations.

Once again there is no point in having a service contract with this company. I have service agreements for central air, water heater and the oil burner and all are the top upgraded contracts, That are supposed to be 24/7 emergency service but that is a lie, 24/7 service does not exist with this company so that's false advertising. I called this morning explaining I'm hearing loud noises from the burner and I am nervous to turn it on. They gave me an appointment between 5-8 today. 8pm comes and I get a call they have to cancel and could care less it's freezing and I can't turn the heat on, I get they could be here in two days maybe was the exact phrase. I am so sick of this with this company it's the fourth time this happened. Which also tells me they never fix it right in the first place.
