Rich the owner setup our appointment, few days later Victor came out on time to fix our toilet & then helped us with our filter issue. Old school professional service. Hot water heater quit, called PETRO, and immediately talked to a human, Rich. Appointment set up, they located the brand I wanted, and Victor from PETRO showed up promptly as scheduled. Victor was fast, friendly, and explained the new unit. Hot water restored, old unit gone, 2 hours elapsed, no huge mess. Thanks!

Called them to come check out a hole in a pipe and noticed water coming from the ground in our garage. Left a voice mail. Never returned the call. Called back a day or two later. They returned our call, came and fixed the pipe. They said lets see if this fixes the problem with the water on the ground. Still getting water. Called on a Monday and left a message. Called on Wednesday because I have not heard from them. Friday I am writing a Google review and googling "Plumbers near me".
