PETTY'S RENOVATION

I'm so glad we found Petty's Renovations to do my mom's bath remodel. Our ultimate scope: - Out with the old! Remove Acrylic bath + shower, vanity, mirror, toilet, wallpaper, linoleum, lighting - In with the new! Install walk in shower and glass door, corner vanity and medicine cabinet, new toilet, new fan + light. Prep and paint walls, install towel racks. The project started with a plumber recommending a toilet replacement. As she and I talked about it, things ballooned into a total renovation with a focus on accessibility. We then set out to find someone. We had two companies who did not provide estimates (skills gap or timing) and two others who did. I needed desperately and quickly a handicap ramp built for my wheelchair bound Mother. I had been calling and waiting for Carpenters that came recommended to come by and give me an estimate for weeks, 1 of them was Helping Hands, No one came or returned my call! I decided to try Google for Carpenters in the Columbus area, a few came up, I wrote down 3 and kinda glance over there reviews and pictures. Petty was my 1st choice because I liked what I saw. I called, he answered and I explained what I wanted done and asked if he was able and available, he said yes and yes. He came the next day took the measurements, got the material and completed the job the following day, Wow what a Blessing! We had a fantastic experience working with Mr. Petty and his team! They were prompt, reliable, and most importantly delivered exceptional quality work. We called Mr. Petty in a bind after a different handyman left us with what was, quite literally, some of the worst work we’ve ever seen (the “before” photos). Mr. Petty and his crew responded quickly, showed up the same day, and immediately got to work correcting the issues. The results speak for themselves. The repair is clean, professional, and done right. The paint was still drying in the “after” photos, but even then it was clear the finish would be seamless once fully set. I was looking for someone to redo my kitchen for me, it was a bit out dated. My lawn guy recommended Petty’s Renovations to me. Mr. Petty was prompt and professional. He communicated with me throughout the entire job and it didn’t take long either. I am very pleased with his work. I would highly recommend. I wish I had took before and after photos.

Yes yes and yes! Mr. Petty was wonderful! From call to completion, it was a wonderful experience. I needed one door replaced and another repaired, and he got it done quickly. He’s also reliable and honest (didn’t try to have me break the bank on buying things that could be repaired) which is so hard to find these days! Will be using him for a flooring project in the future as well!
