I was supposed to have a housing inspection tomorrow. They are very rude over the phone. They hung up on me and now won’t do my housing inspection all because they spelt my name wrong on my mail and I wanted it changed now they are jeopardizing my housing and I’m going to be homeless
They are extremely rude and will not take accountability for inspectors breaking things. The claimed I had a loose lip step and kept stomping on it until the rail broke. I called to give feedback in regards to the safety concerns that could result of them breaking additional items & describe the step condition and they got defensive and rude. Told me I’m not a client.
