My wife Angela contacted Phoenix Cleaning Solutions, and I am writing the review. We had high expectations due to the excellent ratings and feedback in their site. They did a great job scheduling, professional cleaning work and showed up on time. While the majority of our home looks much better after the cleaning we had some areas that just didn’t come clean. There were a couple spot that were bleached from prior owners, as well as a dye spot and certainly we didn’t expect those to be better. However, there were a couple of areas we had high hopes for. One was some streaking caused by a grease wheel on a bed frame. Those marks sadly didn’t improve at all. There was also a tea spill spot that while the cleaning improved it, the shadow remained. I received EXCELLENT service from this establishment! I had an original Turkish runner that desperately needed cleaning; it had a terrible smell, and I was unsure how to clean it without damaging it. Phoenix exceeded my expectations! My runner now looks and smells fantastic. The pricing was reasonable, and the pickup and delivery service was EXCEPTIONAL! Thank you!
