Phoenix Heating, Air, Plumbing, and Electric

My step dad has reached out multiple times regarding his new HVAC unit. He got the 10 yr warranty. He is having problems with his unit and NOBODY will reach back out to him or answer his phone calls. Phoenix has continued to ignore him. Do not use this company unless you want to be ignored and your money wasted. Maybe after this review they will FINALLY do their job and reach back out and HONOR the warranty.

Awesome service!!! Request for service was answered promptly within 24 hours. Josh and Parker came out, showed me what the problem was with my heating/air unit, and offered a resolution. Highly recommend Josh, Parker and Phoenix Heating and Air!!!

Excellent People! I called the office late this afternoon to let them know our furnce wasn't working and they were here within a few hours to get it fixed! Even after hours! Thanks guys! Couldn't ask for better! Josh really helped us out!

Pheonix Heating and Air was provided through American Home Shield and I couldn’t be more pleased. Josh the technician was friendly, respectful and very knowledgeable. He is a great job and showed me pictures of his work that was not visible to me. I would highly recommend and will use them again in the future if needed. Thank you so much for a job well done!

Absolutely wonderful! John was our repair tech and he went above and beyond! We had to wait on a part to be ordered so John ask us if we would like a window unit to borrow until the part arrived… He had it picked up and in our window in 15 mins! When the part arrived he didn’t stop working until our unit was running perfectly. Central unit is up and running perfectly now! Absolutely would recommend and special thank you to John & Josh!
