I asked this company to do a standard "nice"quality carpet removal and installation. I picked out the color carpet that I wanted and asked them to work me up a price with my square footage that I would provide for them.They said they could not do that and wanted to set up a time to measure my home. I felt I had around 1000 to 1200 square feet of carpet that needed to be removed and replaced. I'm thinking it was the owner that came and measured my home. We talked about him taking the carpet out and installing new carpet and I would make sure to have furniture moved. I then asked him after he measured if he felt I had I had chosen a pretty decent carpet to install? He said he felt it was a good carpet, but never said it was extremely good carpet and extremely expensive carpet!! I then asked

Stopped in on a Saturday morning and heard an employee in the back room making personal plans for Mother's Day. Wandered around the showroom for about 10 minutes and he was still on the phone. We left and won't be back.
