As an active Jersey City family, we are desperate for more green space and Picerno-Giordano understands the needs of the inner city youth. We are intimately familiar with their work- ie, Pershing Field basketball and tennis courts. Not only did they complete these projects in a few short cold winter months, but they only shut down the small portion of the park they were working on. I don't know who is getting these other contracts for Jersey City's parks in our congested city, but these other developers shutdown the ENTIRE park, eventhough they're only working on one small section, and take years to complete the project. I've brought my grandchildren to parks that have been built by Picerno-Giordano Construction. The playground equipment design brings out the creativity in children as well as the physical challenge. Also, the colorful pieces bring warm and cheerful aspect to the playground.
