Don’t go to them!! Waste of time and money!!! Called to have them spray my house to treat pest. When they came, he was very respectful and was in and out. They told me over the phone that they were spray everything, he sprayed little to nothing saying he didn’t wanna ruin my furniture. They Proceeded to tell me after 14 days if I didn’t see changes call again. Called and told me I didn’t listen to instructions which was a lie and then told me I would have to pay additional 150. They told me they were coming on a specific day and never showed up and left voicemails and didn’t get a call back.

Good luck ever getting what you pay for. If I could give less than 1 star, I would. Their termite services were prepaid by the seller of a house we purchased in early March. At the time we were told that the treatment could be provided "when the weather warmed up". Multiple phone calls (all initiated by me, none by Pied Piper) resulted in repeated rescheduling due to imperfect weather conditions. Every time I called back, I was pushed out at least a week even when the weather at the time of my call was perfect. Then of course the weather would be in-conducive again. They need a system in place to mark down prepaid customers so that we receive priority in the order of when to get the treatment. Sprayed for spiders inside and out. Inside worked just ok...outside, not so much! Called because they offer a 60 day and got voicemail. Left message but had to call again. Finally came out but 2 hours late. Wanted to charge for spray outside. Do yourself a favor...call anyone else!

We were refinancing our house that we bought 3 years ago. The finance company wanted a copy of the pest warranty. So we called Piper Pest to get it. They said it will be X amount of hundreds of dollars. We paid them. Come to find out two days later there is only a couple of months left on the warranty. We called back to get a retreat or cancel, move that money from the warranty to go towards a retreat with a all new warranty. They won't do that. They took a full 10 year warranty payment from us for a warranty that expires in 4 months. The warranty won't cover a retreat. They told us this is all we need. Buyer beware!

The best and I love that a Veteran comes to my house to spray. Very professional and friendly!
