Jacob came out to replace our circuit board. He was extremely professional and knowledgeable! Our circuit board was under warranty and had to be ordered. The turn around time to get the part in and replaced was less than a week. Very happy with the service!

Work with the estimator over the phone for a 8'x16' white oak insullated garage door to fit my budget. Instalation and door at a very affordable price. I removed the existing door and tracks and springs delivered to the recycling and get few $$ for the metals. I save a lot with the company. Excellent workmanship and customer services pedimont.

Called them because I had had a repair done by another company the week before, that was not done correctly and that I was overcharged for. They came out that afternoon. They were able to diagnose the issue and had it fixed in no time. Both technicians were friendly and efficient. And the price for the repair was more than fair. Will definitely be using them for any future garage door needs.

My wife and I are very happy with the job they did! They replaced our garage door header which was badly rotted due to an improper siding and flashing job. After talking to a number of contractors, it looked like we were going to need one contractor to take the door down and another to do the header repair work (primarily because of the size of the door ~10x22). Piedmont Door Service was able to do it all and for a very reasonable price. They were very thorough, detail oriented, orderly, and hard working. And they were able to retrofit safety eyes for our older model commercial opener. We would definitely recommend them.

Piedmont Door Service installed the 14' overhead door for my detached garage. I recently had them out for a service call after I had an opener installed on the door. Michael and Chris conducted the service call and did an excellent job. They arrived early, explained the issue thoroughly and performed the work efficiently.
