They went to great lengths to replace my key. Even though it didn’t work, it was not for want of trying. Their customer service is superb!

My children and I got locked out of the house today and the dispatcher Stacey was able to send someone out to us right away. Tom was able to get us back in the house fairly quickly. Unfortunately for me, after finally getting my keys from the house my car wouldn't start. Tom heard the call stall and immediately jumped out to give the car a jump. This was above and beyond what he was called there to do. I am truly grateful for the friendly and dedicated staff at Pimlico Key Service.

Pimlico Key Service is the best place ever for lock and key services. I brought a double-sided vehicle key and a blank to copy it onto. They got it right on the first try; the key worked in all 4 locks. They even went outside with me to make sure their work was perfect. I started off at a locksmith in Towson, but the key blank was cut too deeply and only worked in one lock. I know where I'll go for future lock needs.

They guy who cut my keys said he left it at home. Like what. He said hed mail it to me. Who knows if it will get to me. Crazy that I'm paying 25$ per key for one to just get taken home by an employee.
