Over the last year and a half, Pine Hill Homes has completed extensive remodel and renovation/update activity in every room of our home. This has included new ceilings, lighting, wall base, crown mold, appliances, paint, tile, backsplashes, granite, and sinks. They successfully removed a decades-old HVAC system (including ductwork and an air handler in a dropped ceiling/utility closet) and replaced it with a new state-of-the-art HVAC system with digital controls. The new HVAC system is much quieter, and the removal of the dropped ceiling and utility closet has created an open/updated look for our main living area and expanded interior storage space. After the death of my mother-in-law, and my husband inheriting the home, we decided after 27 yrs. being in the same house it was time to move. So, we moved in and made renovations to his mother's house that fit our family and lifestyle. The kitchen was the biggest (the heart of the home-where everything happens) and added small walls between living and dining area. Working with Pine Hill Homes and our contractor things were managed professionally and when opinions were asked, they honestly gave their suggestions. This was our first rodeo, and it went so smoothly that we would gladly use them again if needed.
