Pine Ridge Landscaping did a phenomenal job at my house. They were punctual, professional, and delivered exactly what they promised. Their rates are very reasonable, and the communication throughout the entire process was excellent. The quality of work exceeded my expectations, everything came out looking amazing. Highly recommend them to anyone looking for reliable and top-notch landscaping services!

I hired them to level my backyard, add topsoil, and seed the lawn—but the results were disappointing. Despite paying a substantial amount, the yard remains uneven with large patches of damaged grass. I reached out to them several times, and although someone came to assess the issue, there was no follow-up. Their lack of communication and poor workmanship is unacceptable. Once they’re paid, they seem uninterested in addressing any concerns or standing by the quality of their work. I do not recommend this company at all.

Pine Ridge Landscaping did an exquisite job on our backyard! We got in touch with them around the time that they were experiencing some personnel changes, which made us nervous at the onset, but those fears were quickly allayed. Keith and Carlos came out to review our space and to lay out a beautiful plan for a completely transformed backyard for us, including soil grading, better drainage, a new deck, retaining walls, and a brand new section of fence. Thereafter they took on the unpleasant task of gaining permissions from our grumpy HOA, which was not fun at all and something we were relieved they took on so that we didn't have to. Throughout this part of the process, Jane, their office manager, kept us abreast of every step; and whenever we had questions, she was extremely responsive, so

South Riding resident. We used Pine Ridge Landscaping for a full yard clean up, pull some dead shrubs and mulch. Have been watching their work at our neighbor's house the past several months and finally connected with them for our property. Jake was responsive and thorough in assessing our needs. The crew did an outstanding job. In addition, they treated our crepe myrtles that have been taken over by bark scale. Too early to see the results on that, but they spent over an hour working on the trees taking their time to cover top to bottom. We plan to use them again for additional work.

We just moved to a new house that needed a lot of outdoor work. Pine Ridge built us a new deck, walkway, fence, took down a few trees, and did all of our landscaping. Karly and Carlos were extremely responsive and managed everything very professionally. All of the work was completed beautifully and quickly. We’re so happy with how everything looks. Highly recommend!
