Fred and his crew were excellent they assisted in getting us a great looking lawn for our wedding at our home. They showed up each day early and worked late. Someone was always here working each day. Fred would come up our long steep driveway to check in at times making sure everything was going as planned. The lawn they laid put the final touches on the landscaping for our wedding. We would highly recommend Pine Ridge to anyone who wants to get a great looking yard.

Paid 18k for 10000 sq ft of top soil and hydro seed, what we received was a mix of sand and gravel, whats growing now is 70% weeds 30% grass, i have called several times and no response, totally unacceptable, people beware not a company you want to hire.

We had a signage posted for our puppies on the corner of Balmoral, when the truck pulled up we had found they pulled out signage out and has started to bury it under soil when they were starting to work on site, didnt bother to call us to move it and tried to sneakily hide that they removed it by hiding it under soil before we drove by and saw what they had done, a sneaky and deliberate attempt to remove our post and thats unacceptable.

Prospective customers be warned, this was our experience with Pine Ridge: sign a contract for spring cleanup and take deposit, fail week after week for 6 weeks to honor promises to commence work (whereupon we started it ourselves), suddenly turn up unannounced on a Sunday when guests were present and commence one of the 8 contracted tasks, while offering to spread mulch (not in contract). Then quit and bill us in insulting terms for the entire service.

Very unprofessional. After signing contract and sending payment in full in April, they informed us at the end of May that they cannot and will not service our property. They left us hanging! If they made this decision in winter or early spring, we would have better chance to find different company. We absolutely cannot recommend this company.
