Pine State did a great job on a garage addition with a room above. I had a vision and some drawings and they made the rest happen. Construction was managed well throughout the project and I was kept abreast of where things were at with each phase. Jim, Preston and Shane were great to work with throughout, particularly in helping us deal with Wake County and some very specific impervious surface requirements. I would recommend Pine State Construction for anyone looking to complete a large project.

The design options presented to me all had creativity that I never would have thought and after choosing one the end result was better than I could have imagined. The Pine State team didn't just remodel but they modernized small aspects of the house that turned out to add significant monetary value to the house as a whole. I purchased a new home built by Pine State Construction. I have been very happy working with Curtis on minor things that were identified in my 30 day inspection.
