Great experience working with Pine State Services! Donny and Chris are amazing and so helpful with all of our needs. Pine State Services staff is kind and courteous and takes our needs seriously-especially when something isn't working properly! It feels great to know that they are there when we need them! Came to install our two nests and two nest connectors and did a great job. Tristan was so respectful, helpful, and efficient!! Will definitely use them in the future

Robert was able to be here earlier than initially scheduled. He was able to easily diagnosed the problem with three toilets. He then went to pickup up the parts and returned to install them. All three toilets were functioning well in quick time. Before leaving he made sure that I was informed about the repairs.

Plumbing repair we needed was quickly scheduled, completed, and tested. Scott and Alex were friendly and professional. Scott had a better repair solution than what had been recommended to us by a previous service company.

Anthony F showed up on time; diagnosed the condensate pump problem and strategized solutions. Then best solution chosen and put in place. Great additional info from Michael P especially in relation to possible new furnace in not too distant future. Pine State is excellent with timely service; reasonable options and prices i can live with.
