Ordered four bales of pine straw. Price was quoted as $4.95 a bale with delivery scheduled for Thursday afternoon. I called around 5pm to make sure they were still coming and Paul advised they had already dropped them off. Sure enough they were neatly stacked at the end of my driveway. Great service. I asked for the name and address to send check which was provided along with a bill for $40. Ouch! Didn't realize there was a $20 delivery fee. My bad for not asking in advance. There are two photos attached. One is a photo of the four bales I received. The other shows the pine straw spread covering the bare ground in my backyard for our two puppies to use. Just had 70 bales installed at my house. The three guys that Paul sent out were great! They were done in an hour and did an awesome job! This company is honest and professional. We have dealt with Paul in the past and were always happy with their performance. Recently, we had him deliver and spread 16 yards of mulch and 140+ bales of pine straw. The crew showed up about 9am and did a most amazing job. Our landscaping looks amazing. They spread the straw fairly quickly and spread much of mulch by hand. Very poor communication and no follow-up. I initially called and scheduled 65 bales March 31 (after coming highly recommended). Was told 10-14 days. After hearing nothing for 3 weeks I reached back out (April 22). Was told, “should be able to do it next week”. As of today (May 16), I have heard NOTHING. All people really want nowadays is for someone to do what they say they are going to do. At the very least reach out and keep a customer in the loop. Disappointed is an understatement.

I have been using Paul for over a year now. Initially he replaced the old pine straw in our flower beds, but since then I have had him and his team perform lawn maintenance regularly at my home. They are always on time, do the BEST work (and my lawn and flower beds show it!) and are professional, courteous and quick. If I have needed additional landscaping work, Paul has provided excellent estimates and quality work every time! Highly recommend him!
