The worst contractor around. He’s tearing up everyone’s neighborhoods with mass produced, cookie cutter, low value homes. He built the entirety of Sierra circle, charged people over $300,000 for these homes, then promptly started putting up cheap apartments all around them, crashing their value. Also he sets up deals with gas companies so that the residents here are all build for gas utilities- even if they do not use it or every have connections for it going to their homes. This is a greedy, evil cash grabbing corporation I encourage people to steer clear of.
Currently waiting on my home to be built. So far has been a great experience. Professional staff and communication is outstanding. Will update when house is complete.
