Richard and his company, Pinnacle Restoration, played a huge role in transforming our new office space in South Minneapolis. From the roof and windows to painting and flooring, they handled every aspect of the renovation efficiently and with great attention to detail. Richard was always responsive and adaptable as our plans evolved, offering practical suggestions along the way. His crews were professional, courteous, and respectful of our space and schedule. Starting with the good. Pinnacle got in to do a roof replacement quick and we were able to get the house closing through. I did not examine the quality of the new roof job afterward. The crew that did the job was careless with the property though. (see photos) Shingles were dropped off the roof off the house and garage with no plywood protection and they damaged the side of the house and garage door. A trailer was parked on the pation and crushed a patio stone. Also a gutter was crushed. No response to my email and photos that were sent of the damage and no offer to repair the damage. Price charged for the roof was $1000 per square and the average is around $750 per square over 6 months later from other companies. We had a great experience working with Richard and his team(s) after major hail damage to our primary roof. Our house had complicated built-in gutters that fly-by-night roofers wouldn't touch. They worked with us to get the outcome that we were looking for. Since the communication, quality, and speed of the staff were so great, we brought them back to install another membrane roof over a porch, and a custom decking system on top of that. Richard worked well with our insurance for the hail damage, recommended products for the deck, and shared his wisdom of how to make the most of the space. I'm not sure what more I could have asked for.

Crew was professional and friendly, and cleaned up after themselves immaculately. Richard, the owner of Pinnacle. was out often to inspect and make sure we were satisfied each step of the way.
