I was very impressed with the whole process. They scheduled a bid within a couple days of calling. Eli came out for the bid and he was very knowledgeable on my fruit trees and what step need to be taken to move forward. What i was most impressed with that I felt he explained the exact service i needed and didnt try to oversell me on anything. What a great experience we had with pioneer tree service. The ladies in the office were so easy to deal with and professional. The crew came out and did a full removal of a huge dangerous cotton wood tree. Also spent the time to give us a few tree safety assessment on our other trees and did a cabling system in a quad top cedar. Making it safe from storms and high winds.
