Always reliable and dependable! We have been customers for over two years and they have never left us without fuel. When I call the office with a question or concern, they are always helpful and kind. The delivery drivers are also very nice and respectful of our property. Would highly recommend this company. I just switched to Pioneer Valley and the experience has been excellent so far. It has been easy to reach a human customer service agent when I call, and every person I've talked to over the phone has been helpful and pleasant. The installer who came to my house, Tim, was great and helped me understand a lot more about my whole system. Their rental agreement was just one page written in plain language, no legal jargon and no tiny print. I've been an AmeriGas customer for years and had no idea I had the option to switch. Now I wish I had done it years ago. Every part of my experience with AmeriGas has been terrible, including being without heat and hot water for 5 days because they took my money for an urgent delivery and didn't show up. Somehow I ended up with a "delay delivery" note on my account. So we ended up running out of propane, as I didn't realize we wouldn't be getting a delivery like usual. I drove to the Easthampton office same day & spoke to two nice ladies behind the desk. They took a cash payment to get my tanks filled. My tanks were filled the next morning by 10am, which we really appreciate! The delivery driver even stayed until the heat kicked on. Always a great experience with this company & would highly recommend them to anyone!!

We were customers for a couple years after buying our current home back in 2020. My card on file had expired and I called to update it. Sophie and Rachel were the two rudest people I have ever encountered! Talking over me… talking to me like I was a child who didn’t know how to update my account… when I asked to speak to their supervisor they played games between the two of them like they were eachothers supervisor! I immediately cancelled my account with Pioneer Valley Propane. They had to reimburse me for my propane and I’m so much happier with Suburban Propane since 2022. I told all of my neighbors and the builder of our development about this experience and told them not to call the easthampton office. This is my second review because the company response from said owner didn't know who I was and every other person who made a bad review,so on 12/20/25 I was woken up tha house was 50° out of oil were on auto fill at 5am,called co. At 7:30am driver got here at 9:56am left 10:04am 267 gal we've had pioneer valley for 6 years no issues til now,this was a Saturday which there closed,closed in winter my wife called Monday and got nowhere so I called manager who was rude,no I'm sorry, no compensation for screw up and my propane would have ran out if I didn't check,he told me he gave me a break by not charging us extra delivery fee,and starting fee for boiler which they can not do.I sent a review 3 weeks ago and owner stated our records didn't know me,which they did for every bad review.I was o
