We discovered a gas leak in the line connecting the meter to the house a week ago. PG&E advised us to find a plumber to fix it and shut off the gas. We were left without heat and hot water in the middle of a cold spell — not fun at all! Fortunately, we called Pipe-Thru among several others. Pipe-Thru provided us with a reasonable estimate the same day and went out of their way to schedule our job as soon as they could, days ahead of the next available bidder. The team arrived earlier than the scheduled time and finished the job in one day. Other plumbers all gave us multi-day completion estimates.
