Had a great experience with Piper. The owner, Al, came over quickly and fixed my broken upstairs AC unit. He clearly explained what needed to be done and his price was reasonable. Highly recommend.

I had an incredible experience with Piper AC Company. The technician who came to my house was amazing and extremely experienced. I had previously contacted other companies to fix an issue with my AC and furnace, and they all concluded that I needed to replace both units. However, when Piper’s technician came to my house, they took the time to thoroughly assess the situation, explained the problem to me step-by-step, and provided a simple solution. They made a great point by asking, “Would you replace your car just because you have a flat tire?” That analogy helped me understand that my AC and furnace didn’t need to be replaced, just repaired. I had a really great experience with Piper, very highly recommended these guys. I had the heat go out at my place and they were very empathetic and agreed to send someone out same day. Then, when the part I needed wasn’t at the supply store after we were told it was definitely going to be there, they got me on the schedule for the following day and were totally flexible with me. Rates were very reasonable and when they came they were clearly very knowledgeable (and even taught me a bit so I understood). Highly recommend

So thankful Al from Piper Heating and Cooling was able to come out a fix our air conditioner today. It was an easy fix this time around but so grateful of his service. He was very knowledgeable, diagnosed the situation quickly, and explained everything. We will definitely use this company again, as we will be needing a new unit with time. Thank You Piper!

I had a great experience with Piper and my technician Al over the last week. I had an outage in my AC unit and called my home warranty company who connected me with Piper. Al came out and diagnosed the issue explaining it very clearly, while also pointing out some defects in the installation of my system. He made some suggestions that we will address together later. My unit is working properly now and I have peace of mind with the explanation Al gave and demonstrated. I will recommend Piper for their professionalism and quality of work. Ill also note you can tell a good contractor of any kind by how organized their work truck is; Als truck was very well organized.
