I always wash my car myself because I know how it should be done, but that day I didn't feel like washing it. I went to this car wash because I saw that even luxury cars were brought there, so I assumed it was a quality wash, but it wasn't. They don't remove the dirt with high-pressure water; they go straight to scrubbing your car with all the grime on the paint surface, and what they did was scratch my entire vehicle. Very poor quality wash. I bet the rest of the cars they wash are scratched too, but most people are unaware of how to wash a car correctly.
