Pittsburgh Tub And Shower

I really thought this experience would be great. Loved Eli and Mike when I met them. But it was NOT great or even good. Ultimately what should have been a 4 week project (Eli’s guess was 3 weeks but I know that you should always expect longer) took 13! I think the main issue was that the people they sent were not supervised. Even when he decided a sub wasn’t good (I think it was a conflict over money not quality) and said he would do this job himself, I was never informed when they would be there or not be there, and I feel like I was expected to be the supervisor. I work from home so I am there, but I’m not equipped to know if something is being done right! Due to this lack of supervision, two tile types that are on the same wall came to significantly different heights, with one going up

I had an old jacuzzi tub/shower combo, but hadn’t used the tub in years due to a small leak. I was ready to make a change, and was referred to Pittsburgh Tub and Shower by someone else working on my house, who I trusted and did great work. When I called Mike, he was happy to come out and gave me a free estimate. He worked within my budget, and discussed all the possible options for the shower remodel. He was fair and up front with the pricing, and detailed everything I wanted line by line. Once we agreed on the work, I was able to pick out the exact tile and accessories I wanted. Demo and installation happened shortly afterwards. And once it did, someone was here working practically everyday, until the project was completed. Mike and Eli's company did a wonderful job on my bathroom. I am very happy. Most of the walls were taken down to the studs and put back together without the bathtub, just a shower. I picked out all the tile, Vanity and medicine cabinet, lights, etc. With help and suggestions. Their contractors were very easy to work with. And asked me a lot of questions about where I wanted this, and that. If anything was wrong or I didn't like it , they fixed it. Took 3+ weeks. The extra days were because the vanity, that I had to have, was delayed in delivery. Again, I am very happy.

Mike and his crew are the best workers around. You can't ask for anyone more dependable, and kind. The job was done well with lots of compassion for projects. My husband and I loved our fire escape stairs that were put in years ago and although they specialize in bathroom remodeling Mike did not hesitate to help me with other projects outside of the bathroom.

Mike and his team are the BEST! My bathroom rental property was in danger of falling into the kitchen due to my tenant constantly letting water fall onto the floor. My insurance company would not pay a Penny for the repairs. Mike and his crew worked with me on getting my whole bathroom fixed. I now have a beautiful bathroom installed with solid flooring. Working with them is stress free and very open and honest about what really needs to be done and estimates are fair. My next project with Mike and crew will be my Kitchen.
