We brought in 17 Window and 1 sliding glass door screens in for rescreening on 22 October 2024. We were told that it would be a couple weeks to complete the work because there were no "shop staff" working, so field staff would have to do the work as time permitted. After hearing nothing, I called to check on our screens on 8 November, and was told the screens were not ready. The woman I spoke with was very rude when I sought to get some idea of when the screens could be expected. Long story short, we received a call yesterday letting us know that the screens were finished and ready for pick up. I picked them yesterday afternoon and installed them today, only to find many of them with loose fabric, with tabs that are so flimsy they broke while I was installing the screens. One screen was mi

On the first week of November i brought in a sliding bedroom window frame to have the glass replaced on one side. It took them almost a full month to complete it. When I got it home I realized that they had broken the frame to the slider and hid it from me under the plastic wrap so I wouldn't see it. They also reused my old seal on the side I had them replace and left gaps and holes all the way around. THEY RUINED MY WINDOW FRAME. Desperate Denise answered my call and Immediately became rude and went on the defense. These people are extremely rude and unprofessional and they get away with it because they have no competition in town. I urge you read some of these other reviews and take your business a little ways down the hill. Don't waste your time with these slobs

Unfortunately, my experience with Placerville Glass was very disappointing. The owner, Rob, came out to measure our sliding glass door after we explained the issue in detail. He provided a quote and requested a 50% deposit, saying it was needed to order materials he didn’t have on hand. Afterward, communication became confusing, and we learned that Rob had discussed our situation with another individual, Tony Brusard. Some of the information later provided to local authorities was not accurate, which caused further frustration and delays in resolving the matter. Based on this experience, I would not recommend Placerville Glass.

We had an emergency down at our facility when one of our windows was broken. They came down for measurements and got us set up with a replacement very fast. A nice gentleman named Ben came down to our facility and installed the new glass piece. Thank you!

I Used Placerville glass company for my mom’s shower door . Great company fast and professional service . ***** Update to this review . I used this company again for my own home . I recently had Placerville Glass install a bathtub door, and Zach provided outstanding service from start to finish. He was courteous, knowledgeable, and made sure all my questions were answered. The installation was completed with great attention to detail. I highly recommend Placerville Glass and commend Zach for his excellent customer service.
