Updated review: We went through a long challenging process with Planet Stone and they did make improvements on the original installation job. They could have offered a partial refund to really make things right but they refused to do so. They did offer to replace our countertop with a different piece of soapstone and if there had been one of the same quality they could have fixed more of the issues (this is why I’m giving them 3 stars instead of 2). Overall we still had a bad experience but appreciate that they made an effort even though they tried to blame the countertop on our cabinets being out of level (they are not) and it did not feel professional for them to try to blame others. Maybe they could handle new construction better than a remodel. I hope that all the installers are suppor

Five stars to Planet Stone!!! I have used Planet Stone for several jobs ( kitchens and baths) and my experience with them has been excellent. Very timely installations and very prompt and courteous inter action with Jaime, his wife and several other associates. Installations went with out a hitch and each job had excellent results. Most of my jobs were in the South Bay and even though Planet Stone is in the valley, they all went smoothly, on time and most important were excellent craftsmanship. Prices are very reasonable, especially when compared to local installers. As an aside, I recently remodeled a kitchen and bath for a condo in Colorado. Planet Stone not only did an excellent job on preparing the stone but went the extra mile of arranging transportation of the stone to the condo!!

We used Planet Stone to renovate our kitchen and they did an amazing job. It was such a pleasure working with them. Their prices are very reasonable, their service is great, and the job was completed in a very professional and timely manner. We were also very happy with the options they had for stone and tile at their warehouse. The Planet Stone just finished installing a quartz counter top and backsplash for our kitchen. They did a fabulous job! The quality of the workmanship was outstanding! Gloria and her husband were very professional and nice. Their staff was also very knowledgeable and courteous. House remodeling is extremely stressful, but in this case it was a great relief to work with a skilled and pleasant group of people. We visited their showroom a few times to look at their samples and pick a color. They have a huge selection of different stones and colors. Once we made a decision, we went back to inspect the slab before they cut it. Gloria and her staff were always very helpful. Their prices are also reasonable!
