Their team consistently went the extra mile to ensure our satisfaction at every juncture. They were very neat, clean and precise! Every phase of the project was executed smoothly, making for the experience a pleasure. The team worked on it very hard for several days and you could tell the expertise they have. We are absolutely thrilled with our new remodeled bathroom. I can not say enough good things.

I purchased thousands of dollars of tile from VCF for an entire house remodel which is always fraught with problems and delays but dealing with this company was especially troubling and frustrating. The original price per sq. ft quoted on the floor tile was increased by .25 per sq. ft at the time of pick up even though there were no changes to the order. I let it slide because the tile setter was lined up and ready to go but it should have been a warning flag. I purchased tile for a MBath re-model and had a tile setter lined up when I received a last minute call from the owner saying her husband, the "experienced tile god" could do the work and it would be done in a few days even if he worked the weekend to do it. It took much longer, he didn't work the weekend and it's still not compl
